Registration *IMPORTANT* Mandatory Forms Needed for EACH Wrestler

In addition to payment, please complete and submit the following forms to complete your registration.

​

  1. Anne Arundel County Youth Player Contract 

  2. Youth Player Concussion Form

  3. Initial waiver for photos to be posted of child (ren).

We must have a copy of the wrestler's birth certificate on file for meets and tournaments.
